Shipping Policy for Vector & Raster Laser Services

 

Processing Times

 

Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. In some instances, we may be able to provide a 24-48 hour turnaround on urgent projects. Large production runs and multi process orders may take 1-2 weeks to turnaround. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Note: Delays might occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues beyond our control.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

We primarily use Australia Post Express service due to the flexibility of late drop-off times while still ensuring overnight delivery in most instances (dependent on destination). Signature on delivery is always included, and extra insurance is available if required.

For large, oversized parcels or extremely heavy deliveries, we also use TNT and other carriers on occasions.

 

Shipping Options

 

We offer two shipping options: Australia Post Express delivers within 1 to 2 business days, with the cost calculated at quotation stage. For larger or heavier items, we use TNT and other carriers, with delivery times varying by destination and prices also calculated at quotation stage.

 

Local Delivery

 

We will contact you via phone call or text message on the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

 

Duties and Taxes 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vector & Raster Laser Services is not responsible for these charges.

 

Order Tracking

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Order Status Inquiries 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days (local) or 5 days (other destinations) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@vr-laser.com.au with your name and order number.

 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

 

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please check our carrier’s policy for specific details.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 

We accept returns, should there be something wrong with your order. We will happily reprocess any part of your order that is incorrect or refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We address these on a case-by-case basis.

 

Damaged Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@vr-laser.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
